Nardini ACQUA DI CEDRO Liquore is a traditional Italian liqueur speciality centred around the aromatic citron. Unlike classic limoncello varieties, Acqua di Cedro is based on an infusion of citron peel, a particularly aromatic citrus fruit with an intensely fragrant peel. This recipe gives the liqueur its clear, distinctly citrusy character. The speciality is produced by Distilleria Nardini, a long-established Italian spirits house whose history dates back to 1779. The name Acqua di Cedro refers directly to the cedro fruit used and the crystal-clear appearance of this classic Italian liqueur speciality.


Nardini Acqua di Cedro is bottled at 27% ABV in a 0.7-litre bottle. A particularly distinctive feature is its transparent, crystal-clear appearance, which visually sets it apart from many yellow-coloured lemon liqueurs. The careful infusion of the cedro peel brings the intense citrus aroma to the fore and gives the liqueur a clean, fresh character. Nardini recommends serving this speciality well chilled, as this allows the delicate characteristics of the cedrat lemon to come into their own.
