Due to its robust 61.1 per cent alcohol content, the Clément Rhum Vieux Agricole Private Cask Oloroso is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at room temperature, although a few drops of still water can open up the high alcohol content and reveal additional cask nuances. It pairs well with dark chocolate, roasted walnuts, dried fruit or strong, matured cheese.
