Since 1887, Clément Rhum has been produced according to the traditions and Regele handed down by Homère and Charles Clément, who are considered the pioneers of Rhum Agricole. The entire production process follows the strict specifications of the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, which ensures the quality and authenticity of every bottling. Maturation takes place in six storage cellars, which today house almost 11,600 barrels. These are overseen by Julien Thimon, who took over the role of cellar master in 2021 after 18 years of close collaboration with his predecessor Robert Peronet.

The PRIVATE CASK series of the Finish Collection is an example of Clément's exceptional craftsmanship. This Rhum Private Cask Oloroso initially matures for four years in American oak barrels before receiving an additional 10-month finish in Oloroso barrels, which gives it additional depth and complexity.

This exclusive bottling is limited to just 430 bottles and reflects the combination of tradition, innovation and outstanding quality that characterises Clément Rhum.
