Ron Barceló DORADO Añejado Ron Dominicano 37.5% is an approachable, versatile rum from the Dominican Republic, specifically designed for use in cocktails and long drinks. It is produced by Ron Barceló, a long-established Dominican brand whose history dates back to 1930. For the Barceló Dorado, selected rum components that have been naturally aged for up to two years are blended together. The rum is aged in American oak casks that previously contained bourbon, which gives it additional warmth, subtle woody notes and a delicate sweetness. Its intense golden amber colour reflects the cask ageing and underlines the classic character of this ‘Añejado’ bottling.

At 37.5% ABV, Barceló Dorado is pleasantly smooth and uncomplicated, yet possesses sufficient structure to remain flavourfully distinct even in mixed drinks.
