In the glass, the Henkell Trocken displays a pale golden hue with a consistent, fine effervescence. On the nose, fresh aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and delicate floral notes unfold. On the palate, it is lively, dry and well-balanced, with a refreshing acidity, juicy fruity nuances and an elegant, slightly yeasty finish.
