The Henkell Trocken 3 l is an impressive large bottle of premium German sparkling wine, which is ideal for festive occasions and special moments of indulgence. With an alcohol content of 11.5 % vol., this elegant sparkling wine offers a successful combination of freshness, structure and fine effervescence – perfect for festive moments. The high-quality cuvée is made from selected European grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Blanc de Noirs and Ugni Blanc. These grape varieties give the sparkling wine its characteristic balance, fruity aromas and elegant freshness.

It is produced using the tried-and-tested Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This method preserves the delicate fruit aromas of the grape varieties and ensures a consistent, fine-bubbled effervescence. Henkell Trocken is produced at the historic Henkell sparkling wine cellar in Wiesbaden, one of Germany’s most renowned sparkling wine houses. The generous 3-litre bottle not only makes a spectacular impression at any celebration, but its larger volume also allows for particularly gentle ageing, resulting in greater depth of flavour.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Henkell Trocken sparkles with a clear, pale golden hue and a lively, finely sparkling mousse. On the nose, fresh aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, white flowers and a hint of apricot unfold. On the palate, the sparkling wine is dry, well-balanced and refreshing, with finely structured acidity and an elegant finish featuring a delicate hint of yeast.
