The Kavalan SOLIST Fino Sherry Cask is one of the most important bottlings of the Kavalan Distillery and is regarded as the central highlight of the Kavalan Solist series. This single cask whisky matures in selected Fino sherry casks, which are known for their elegant, dry aroma. As is typical for the Solist series, it is bottled in natural cask strength at 57% by volume, unchill-filtered and without colorants. The high-quality wooden crate underlines the exclusive character of this limited edition single cask bottling.

The tropical maturation in Taiwan ensures intensive cask interaction, which gives this fino sherry single malt a distinctly fruity and multi-layered structure. The aroma combines creamy caramel, butterscotch and fine chocolate with ripe fruit notes. The palate reveals a natural sweetness combined with mild toffee, complex fruit and subtle wood nuances. This whisky thus presents itself as an expressive and harmonious bottling within the Solist series.
