It is made exclusively from apples from the protected Pays d'Auge growing region, which is famous for its fertile soils and high-quality fruit varieties. After double distillation, this premium Calvados matures for many years in carefully selected oak barrels, giving it an impressive depth and complexity.


Boulard Calvados X.O. is a harmonious composition of different distillates that have been aged in wood for between 8 and 15 years. This long barrel maturation ensures a good balance between fruitiness, flavour and woody notes. At 40% vol., it has an intense yet smooth character that makes it an ideal choice for connoisseurs and gourmets.
