The Deutz Champagne Rosé 12% vol. 0.75 litre is an elegant rosé champagne from Champagne, which embodies the precise style of the traditional Champagne Deutz house. The House of Deutz was founded in 1838 and is now one of the most renowned producers in the Champagne region. The vineyards around Aÿ provide grapes of exceptional quality and form the basis for this finely composed Rosé Champagne Brut.

The cuvée is predominantly based on Pinot Noir, supplemented by Chardonnay, creating a perfect balance between fruit, freshness and structure. A small proportion of still-vinified red Pinot Noir provides the characteristic rosé colour and additional aromatic depth. This French rosé champagne develops its fine perlage and elegant complexity through traditional bottle fermentation according to the Méthode Traditionnelle and an extended maturation period on the lees. With 12% alcohol by volume, the Deutz Rosé Champagne is harmonious, fresh and exceptionally stylish.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Deutz Champagne Rosé presents itself in a delicate salmon pink colour with a fine, lively perlage. The nose reveals aromas of red berries, raspberries and strawberries, accompanied by floral nuances and a hint of brioche. On the palate, the champagne is fresh, elegant and finely structured with juicy fruit. The finish is harmonious, mineral and long-lasting.
