Produced by the renowned Pfau distillery, which was founded in 1987, the company has developed from a small cellar distillery into a quality distillery known throughout Europe under the management of Valentin Latschen. The distillation is carried out using the traditional rough and fine distillation process in a copper pot still, resulting in a particularly pure and flavour-intensive spirit. Rowan berries (mountain ash) are a challenging fruit for distillation as they require special processing due to their natural tannins. The elaborate production process gives Pfau Brand rowanberry an impressive depth and a multi-faceted flavour.
