The recipe for Gin Mare Capri is based on the classic Gin Mare base of rosemary, basil, thyme, arbequina olives and juniper, but has been enhanced with Italian lemon and bergamot, which give this edition its particularly fresh, citrus-orientated profile. Distillation takes place in handmade copper stills, with each ingredient being individually macerated and gently distilled - a process that ensures maximum flavour purity.
