At the heart of Del Professore is the copper-coloured Rosso, which gets its characteristic note from the use of Nebbiolo wine. The flavour profile is rounded off by a sophisticated blend of mint, rhubarb, cloves and nutmeg, which give the vermouth a complex yet harmonious variety of aromas.
