Tasting Note

In the glass, the Pommery Royal Blue Sky appears a brilliant yellow with sparkling highlights and lively perlage. On the nose, a seductive interplay of aromas unfolds, featuring dried figs, almonds, marzipan, freshly baked millefeuille, marshmallows and honey, complemented by fresh citrus and spicy notes. On the palate, the cuvée is dense, complex and silky, with flavours of ripe mangoes, candied bitter oranges and white vermouth. The rich fruitiness is accompanied by the house’s characteristic freshness and spice. The finish is intense, elegant and exceptionally long-lasting.

Pommery Royal Blue Sky reveals its full potential when served in large glasses with ice cubes. It pairs superbly with exotic fruits, spicy Asian dishes, foie gras, blue cheese or fruity desserts.
