EVO Grappa Riserva is a high-quality, matured grappa from Italy that impresses with its balanced complexity, depth and fine structure. Made from selected pomace from different grape varieties and distilled using the traditional method in copper stills, this grappa represents the combination of classic distilling skills and elegant ageing. As a Riserva, it must be aged in wooden barrels for at least 18 months according to Italian law - however, the EVO Grappa Riserva uses distillates that have been matured for significantly longer to create a particularly harmonious overall picture.

The long ageing period in carefully selected oak barrels gives it remarkable depth, a soft texture and an aromatic profile rich in spicy and fruity components. With an alcohol content of 42% vol., this grappa is strong but always elegant and accessible - ideal for connoisseurs who appreciate mature distillates with character.

Tasting Note

Colour: Light brown with amber reflections.

Aroma: Complex and multi-layered, with a ripe aroma of dark fruit, underpinned by cinnamon, liquorice, cloves and a fine vanilla note.

Flavour: Soft and round, with a fine sweetness in the first sip, reminiscent of crème caramel. This is followed by notes of ripe dates and a hint of panettone, which refine the mouthfeel.

Finish: Velvety and warming, with a soft, long-lasting finish.

The EVO Grappa Riserva is perfect for pure enjoyment in a bulbous grappa goblet at room temperature. Ideal as a fine digestif or for quiet moments of enjoyment where depth, finesse and maturity are appreciated. It is an excellent culinary accompaniment to mature cheese, dark chocolate, fine almond biscuits or classic Italian desserts such as tiramisu or panna cotta.
