In the glass, the French Bloom Le Blanc has a light, straw-yellow colour with a lively perlage. The attack is characterised by fruity freshness with tropical hints, followed by notes of Granny Smith green apples, white flowers and delicately spicy citrus accents. The palate is tangy, floral and balanced, with a cool minerality and elegant finish. The flavours develop harmoniously, supported by a lively acidity structure and delicate fruitiness.
