The recipe is based on a finely balanced ratio of hand-picked raspberries from the Strathmore Valley in Scotland and delicately tart rhubarb cultivated on a family farm in Norfolk, England. This combination results in a tonic with a particularly fruity character - inspired by the flavours of British summer.

This tonic deliberately uses less quinine to emphasise the fruity components of raspberry and rhubarb. The result is a harmonious balance of sweetness and a subtle bitter note - emphasised by sparkling carbon dioxide and pure spring water. The ingredients are processed as quickly and gently as possible to guarantee maximum freshness and flavour retention. Distillation takes place just a few kilometres from the harvest site. The raspberry puree from the steam distillation is sustainably recycled - a plus point in terms of environmental awareness.
