The Paladin Pinot Grigio Rosè 2024 is an expressive, delicately coloured rosé wine from Veneto that combines the aromatic diversity of the Pinot Grigio grape with fresh elegance. As a cuvée with a natural rosé colour, this wine impressively demonstrates the potential of this grape variety when vinified with targeted maceration. The grapes come from carefully tended vineyards in north-east Italy and are harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness and flavours. A short maceration on the skins gives the wine its delicate salmon pink colour and additional depth and structure. The wine is matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, which emphasises its fruity, clear style. With an alcohol content of 13% vol., the wine is powerful, but always remains lively and elegant.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Paladin Rosè shines in a light rosé with copper-coloured reflections. The nose is enveloped in aromas of fresh raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants, complemented by white flowers, a hint of citrus zest and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and delicately fruity, with well-integrated acidity, a subtle structure and a harmonious, animating finish.

This rosé wine is an ideal accompaniment to summer dishes, grilled fish, seafood, light starters or salads with goat's cheese. It also impresses with antipasti, sushi or Mediterranean vegetable dishes thanks to its fine balance and versatility. Served chilled at 8-10 °C, it unfolds its fresh flavour particularly clearly.
