Der Poli Grappa di Bolgheri Sassicaia 2019 ist ein eleganter Jahrgangsgrappa, der aus den hochwertigen Trestern des berühmten toskanischen Weins Sassicaia destilliert wird – einem der renommiertesten Rotweine Italiens mit internationalem Kultstatus. Die verwendeten Rebsorten, Cabernet Sauvignon und Cabernet Franc, stammen direkt aus den Weinbergen der Tenuta San Guido in Bolgheri. Hergestellt wird der Grappa in der Poli Distillerie im Veneto, einer familiengeführten Brennerei mit großer Tradition seit 1898. Die Destillation erfolgt diskontinuierlich in Kupferbrennblasen unter Vakuum – ein besonders aromaschonendes Verfahren. Nach der Destillation reift der Grappa für mehrere Monate in französischen Eichenfässern, was ihm eine komplexe Struktur und feine Holzaromen verleiht. Mit 40 % Vol. abgefüllt und in einer eleganten Tinbox präsentiert, steht dieser Grappa für anspruchsvollen Genuss mit Herkunft und Handschrift.
