AI GALLI Prosecco Rosé Brut Millesimato DOC 2024 is a sparkling rosé wine from the eastern Veneto region that is full of character and vintage purity, combining the highest quality with stylish freshness. Made from a carefully blended cuvée of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), this Prosecco rosé combines the fine fruity elegance of white Prosecco with the structure and colour of Pinot Nero. The grapes come from AI GALLI's own vineyards in Pramaggiore, on medium-density, clayey soils that offer optimal conditions for finesse and flavour.

Vinification is carried out using the Charmat method, whereby the grapes are first vinified separately. After a short maceration, the Pinot Nero undergoes classic rosé fermentation, while the Glera portion is fermented cold in stainless steel tanks. The two base wines are then blended and transferred to pressurised tanks for a second fermentation, which takes place at 14-16 °C for around 20 days. After reaching the desired pressure, the wine is stabilised at -4 °C and rests on the lees for another month or so to develop finesse and complexity.

With an alcohol content of 11% vol., this Prosecco Rosé Brut is lively, modern and well-balanced - a rosé sparkling wine that impresses with its freshness, clarity and delicate fruity notes.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Prosecco Rosé Millesimato presents itself in a delicate salmon pink colour with a fine, long-lasting perlage. The nose reveals red berries, ripe strawberries, white flowers and a hint of citrus. Dry, elegant and lively on the palate with fresh acidity, clear fruit and harmonious mousseux. The finish is clean, delicately fruity and lingering.

Residual sugar: 10-12 g/litre

Ideal as an aperitif or as a stylish accompaniment to fine fish dishes, Asian dishes with a slight spiciness, fresh summer salads, seafood or grilled vegetables.
