Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 32% Vol. und abgefüllt in einer 0,7-Liter-Flasche, repräsentiert er über 180 Jahre norddeutsche Brennkunst. Die Marke Helbing, gegründet im Jahr 1836 von Johann Peter Hinrich Helbing, ist bis heute eng mit der Hansestadt Hamburg verbunden und steht für Authentizität, Qualität und norddeutsche Trinkkultur.
Die Herstellung erfolgt auf Basis von Kümmelsamen, die durch ihre würzig-kräuterige Aromatik den unverwechselbaren Charakter des Helbing Kümmelschnapses prägen. In Kombination mit einer dezenten Süße und feiner Milde entsteht eine klare, aromatische Spirituose, die sowohl pur als auch in Mischgetränken überzeugt. Tasting notes:
