The Faustino VII Blanco Rioja 2024 has a light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and white flowers, accompanied by subtle notes of pear and a hint of tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, lively and balanced, with a fine acidity structure and a fruity expression. The finish is long-lasting, clear and elegant, with a delicate mineral aftertaste.

The Faustino VII Blanco Rioja DOC 2024 is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood, summer salads or light tapas. It also harmonises wonderfully with poultry, pasta with lemon sauce, grilled vegetables or mild goat's cheese.
