Produced by the Loch Lomond Distillery, this bottling reflects the distillery's elaborate distillation process. The distillate is produced in both swan neck pot stills and straight neck pot stills, giving it depth and precision. Maturation in classic oak barrels is followed by a six-month finish in Rioja wine barrels, which are then burnt out by hand in the distillery's traditional cooperage.
