The MICHAEL Weißburgunder Vulkanland Steiermark DAC 2025 13% Vol. 0.75 l is an elegant Pinot Blanc from Styria that is characterised by its origin and precisely reflects the mineral style of the Vulkanland Steiermark DAC. This Styrian DAC white wine stands for clarity, freshness and timeless elegance and embodies the typical signature of modern Austrian white wines from volcanic vineyards. Vulkanland Steiermark is known for its fruity, lively wines with a fine structure and animating acidity.
The manual harvest on 22 September 2025 guarantees a selective harvest at optimum physiological ripeness and underlines the quality-oriented claim of this Vulkanland DAC Weißburgunder. After careful selection, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks and then matured on the fine lees. This fine lees ageing in stainless steel tanks gives the Pinot Blanc 2025 additional structure, harmony and expression without masking the clear fruit. At 13% vol., this white wine from Austria is balanced and versatile. The practical screw cap ensures uncomplicated enjoyment and optimally preserves the freshness. The drinking window is around 2 to 3 years, making this Vulkanland Steiermark DAC wine ideal for drinking in the near future.

In the glass it is a pale straw yellow with clear reflections, The nose reveals a fine aroma of juicy apples and Williams pears, accompanied by elegant freshness and subtle spice, On the palate the wine is balanced and precise, with lively acidity and harmonious structure, The finish is clear and elegant, long-lasting and carried by fine fruit.
