Madeira is a fortified wine and, like port or sherry, is fortified with brandy. It is characterised by oxidative ageing and the so-called Madeirisation process, in which the wine matures for several months at elevated temperatures to simulate the historic sea voyages of Madeira wines. This process gives Justino's Madeira Fine Dry its typical depth, stability and longevity. At 19 % vol., this Madeira intermediate product is dry, structured and versatile.
