Ingredients:

• 60 ml Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Years Old
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange zest for garnish

Method: Place the sugar cube and Angostura bitters in a glass and crush with a muddler. Add the Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Years Old and ice cubes. Stir and garnish with orange zest.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Years Old
• 25 ml red vermouth
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
