Casa Noble Tequila has won numerous international awards, including double gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Añejo. The brand is regarded as a pioneer in premium tequila with organic certification.

Casa Noble Tequila places great emphasis on an elegant and modern design that reflects the quality and craftsmanship of the tequila. The bottles feature a simple yet stylish design, in keeping with the brand’s premium status.

The agave hearts (piñas) are roasted for 36 hours in traditional stone ovens to caramelise their natural sugars. They are then fermented using wild yeasts from the local area, followed by triple distillation in small copper stills – a rare process that ensures exceptional purity.

Casa Noble is USDA- and CCOF-certified organic and is committed to sustainable practices such as composting all production waste and avoiding the use of chemical additives. The distillery uses renewable resources and is dedicated to environmental protection and social responsibility.

The La Cofradía distillery is located in Tequila, Jalisco, and cultivates around 3,000 hectares of its own fields of Blue Weber agave. The plants grow on volcanic soil at high altitudes and are only harvested after 11 years to ensure maximum maturity and flavour.

• Añejo: Aged for two years to develop complex notes of roasted nuts, dark chocolate and oak.
• Marqués de Casa Noble: Limited edition Extra Añejo cuvée made from 12 Extra Añejo and 9 Añejo tequilas, with deep aromas of white chocolate, pecan and toasted agave.
