Doornkaat is best enjoyed neat at room temperature or well chilled. It can also be served as a classic shot, in grain-based cocktails, or used as a neutral spirit in mixed drinks.

Distilled from malted grain, Doornkaat undergoes a meticulous triple distillation process and is finished with Doornkaat distillate. The result is a particularly pure, smooth and mellow grain spirit.

Produced in Lower Saxony, Germany, using selected grains. Doornkaat has been renowned since the early 19th century and embodies the North German grain-making tradition.
