Fonseca combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. The grapes are carefully vinified, and the wines are aged in oak barrels to develop their complexity and depth. Continuous quality control ensures the outstanding quality of the port wines.

Fonseca was the first port house to launch a port made from 100% organically grown grapes. The brand is committed to sustainable viticulture and the protection of the Douro Valley’s unique environment.

The grapes used for Fonseca Ports come from the company’s own estates, Quintas Cruzeiro, Santo António and Panascal – all classified as ‘Class A’ vineyards in the Douro Valley. The vines grow on steep slate terraces and benefit from the region’s unique microclimate.

• Fonseca Porto Late Bottled Vintage Unfiltered 2019 20% ABV 0.75l: Full-bodied, concentrated and with great ageing potential – a rich port from a strong vintage.
• Fonseca Porto 10 Years Old Tawny Port 20% ABV 0.75l: Harmoniously matured, with notes of nuts, dried fruit and delicate spices – ideal after a meal.
• Fonseca Porto White Port 20% ABV 0.75l: Fresh, slightly sweet and with citrus notes – excellent as an aperitif or in a Port and tonic.
