Old Malt Cask Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Hunter Laing Old Malt Cask
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange zest for garnish

Preparation: Place the sugar cube and Angostura bitters in a glass and crush with a muddler. Add the Hunter Laing Old Malt Cask and ice cubes. Stir and garnish with orange zest.

Old & Rare Manhattan

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Hunter Laing Old & Rare
• 25 ml red vermouth
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Cocktail cherry for garnish

Method: Pour the Hunter Laing Old & Rare, vermouth and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Kill Devil Rum Punch

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Kill Devil Barbados
• 25 ml lime juice
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 100 ml pineapple juice
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• A piece of pineapple for garnish

Method: Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a piece of pineapple.
