The Kinsale Spirit Company’s whiskies are carefully distilled in small batches and matured in selected casks, including ex-bourbon, sherry, Rioja and Sangiovese casks. This variety gives the whiskies their unique depth and complexity.

• Kinsale GREAT EARL Single Grain Irish Whiskey 40% ABV 0.7l: Matured in Rechar, Virgin Oak and Sangiovese casks – sweet with fruity and spicy nuances.
