Pasote Tequila comes from the highland regions of Jalisco, Mexico, and is produced under the guidance of Master Distiller Felipe Camarena. The brand is inspired by Aztec warrior culture, which was renowned for its strength and determination. The name ‘Pasote’ stands for courage and dedication – just like this tequila, which is produced with artisanal perfection and high-quality ingredients.

Hand-picked agaves

Pasote uses only ripe, blue Weber agaves that grow in the fertile highland soils of Jalisco. These agaves develop an intense aroma that is reflected in the tequila.

Distillation with natural spring water

The tequila is distilled using pure spring water filtered through volcanic rock. This natural purity contributes to the tequila’s smooth, clear texture.

Ageing in ex-bourbon casks

Reposado and Añejo are aged in ex-bourbon casks made from American oak. This cask ageing lends the tequila additional depth and a perfect balance between sweetness, spice and woody notes.

Pasote Tequila is committed to uncompromising quality and relies on traditional production methods. The tequila is distilled from 100% blue Weber agave and refined with natural spring water. No artificial additives or sugar are used whatsoever, ensuring an authentic taste experience.

Pasote Blanco

This crystal-clear tequila captivates with fresh aromas of roasted agave, citrus fruits and a subtle hint of pepper. It is ideal for cocktails or enjoying neat.

Pasote Reposado

Aged for at least six months in ex-bourbon casks, Pasote Reposado develops a harmonious balance between sweet vanilla, caramel and spicy agave notes.

Pasote Añejo

Aged for over a year in oak barrels, this tequila offers a complex bouquet with notes of honey, dark chocolate and toasted wood. Perfect for lovers of full-bodied, elegant tequilas.

• 25 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml agave syrup
• Ice cubes
• Salt rim & lime wedge for garnish

• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange zest for garnish
