The whiskies come from renowned Scottish distilleries such as Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte, Octomore, Springbank and Bowmore. The rums come from Jamaica’s top distilleries such as Monymusk, Long Pond and Clarendon.

• Assemblage #1 (13 years): Blend of four Jamaican rums – complex and fruity.
• Port Charlotte 2009 (14 years): Islay whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks – peaty and well-balanced.
