Ron Cristóbal Old Fashioned

• 50 ml Ron Cristóbal Pinta
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange zest for garnish

Method: Soak the sugar cube in Angostura bitters and place it in a glass. Crush with a muddler, add ice cubes and pour Ron Cristóbal Pinta over the top. Stir and garnish with orange zest.

Ron Cristóbal Mojito

• 50 ml Ron Cristóbal Nina
• 10 fresh mint leaves
• 1 lime
• 2 tsp sugar
• Sodawasser
• Ice cubes

Method: Muddle the mint leaves, sugar and lime juice in a glass. Add the ice cubes, pour over the Ron Cristóbal Nina and top up with Sodawasser. Stir and garnish with mint leaves.

Ron Cristóbal Mai Tai

• 50 ml Ron Cristóbal Santa Maria
• 15 ml orgeat syrup
• 15 ml Cointreau
• 10 ml fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes
• A sprig of mint and a slice of lime for garnish

Method: Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
