The company, the country’s largest spirits producer, harvests its own sugar cane, ensuring that the rum is made exclusively from Dominican crops.

Ron Cristóbal Santa Maria is an exclusive range of premium rums, renowned for its limited editions and unique ageing processes.

This Santa Maria edition underwent a second ageing in ex-Chenin Blanc wine casks, which imparted a particularly refined note to the rum. Distilled in 2009, this rum was able to develop its aromas remarkably well during its long ageing process. In August 2022, this exclusive release was finally bottled in a limited edition of just 921 bottles.
