This is where they are created: the legendary Bud Spencer & Terence Hill whiskies and liqueurs – distilled with passion at St. Kilian Distillers. This German whisky distillery, modelled on Scottish traditions, distils its whisky in original Forsyths copper stills.

All distillates, whether mild or smoky, mature entirely in more than 400 different types of casks. The innovative distillery in Rüdenau near Miltenberg am Main in Lower Franconia is a real visitor magnet, attracting up to 20,000 guests annually. Numerous awards – including ‘World-Class Distillery’, ‘Distillery of the Year’ and ‘Whisky of the Year’ – as well as over 250 gold medals from the world’s most prestigious competitions attest to the international excellence of the distillery, founded in 2012.

St. Kilian uses only malted barley. Local barley is used for the mild whiskies, whilst the peated malt for the smoky varieties comes directly from the Scottish Highlands. The whiskies are, of course, free from colourings, non-chill-filtered and bottled exclusively as fully matured spirits.

The Bud Spencer – Distilled Dry Gin combines Tuscan juniper berries with fruity Amarone grapes from Valpolicella, complemented by citrus notes, Mediterranean herbs and a hint of whisky malt. This results in a fresh, complex and characterful gin.

The liqueurs are based on award-winning single malt spirits (new make) and single malt whiskies. Whether fruity and fresh, creamy and sweet or gently spicy – there’s something for everyone here.
