Teeling Small Batch Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Teeling Small Batch
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange zest for garnish

Method: Place the sugar cube and Angostura bitters in a glass and crush with a muddler. Add the Teeling Small Batch and ice cubes. Stir and garnish with orange zest.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Teeling Single Grain
• 25 ml red vermouth
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Cocktail cherry for garnish

The history of Teeling Whiskey began in 1782, when Walter Teeling founded a small distillery in Dublin. The modern Teeling Whiskey Company was founded in 2012 by brothers Jack and Stephen Teeling, who wanted to continue the family legacy.
