Made from 100% Irish single malt, this whiskey was originally matured in bourbon casks before being transferred to Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for its final finishing. The sherry cask maturation gives the whiskey a wonderful balance of dark fruitiness, sweet caramel and fine spicy notes.

Colour: Deep gold with copper reflections.
