The winery operates exclusively using organic methods. The wines are produced in three quality ranges: Classic (light & fruity), Selection (full-bodied) and Best of (elegant & refined). Specialities such as the spontaneously fermented Traminer Wild or the Funky Pet Nat demonstrate the winery’s innovative spirit.

The winery has been certified organic for over 20 years and operates on a vegan basis. Sustainable vineyard management and the avoidance of synthetic chemicals are central to the winery’s philosophy.

The vineyard estate’s vineyards cover 30 hectares around Tattendorf, Baden, Pfaffstätten and Gumpoldskirchen. The climate and the stony, gravelly soils of the Thermenregion shape the character of the wines and ensure fully ripened grapes with an intense aroma.
