Born in 2024, this high-quality organic wine matured on the sparse, limestone-rich gravel soils around Tattendorf – a terroir renowned for its expressive, fruit-forward wines. The grapes come from low-yield vineyards, were harvested by hand and carefully selected. The wine was aged partly in stainless-steel tanks and partly in small wooden barrels, which lends it structure and depth without masking its youthful freshness.
