The Chabasse XO IMPÉRIAL is made from early harvested grapes, resulting in a fresh and light wine. This wine is processed without the addition of sulphur and then distilled twice. It is matured for at least 40-50 years in Limousin oak barrels, developing remarkable depth and complexity.

The long ageing process in the oak barrels ensures that the cognac develops the ideal aromas of wood, spices and fruity notes that make it a luxurious pleasure. After ageing, the different brandies are combined to create a masterful cuvée that reflects the typical, elegant Chabasse style.
