The apples used to make Strongbow are grown specifically for the production of tangy and refreshing cider. However, the true mastery of Strongbow lies in its ability to bring out the natural flavour of these apples and make your favourite Strongbow something special. The apples are harvested at the ideal stage of ripeness and taken to the production facility where they are washed and crushed. This pulp is pressed and the pure fruit juice is extracted, which is then concentrated and stored, with the fructose from the apples acting as a preservative. The concentrated apple juice then undergoes a fermentation and maturation process to allow the subtle flavours to develop.

Tasting Note

The classic flavour of fresh apples is complemented by the subtle sweetness and fine acidity of juicy red berries. Harmonious and balanced.
