Bottled at 43 % vol. in a 0.7-litre bottle, this expression embodies the essence of the brand: tradition, Alpine purity and modern distilling craftsmanship – all ‘Made in Bavaria’.

Only Bavarian barley is used for this single malt, which is processed in small batches using fresh mountain spring water from the Alps. Maturation takes place over several years in new American white oak casks, which give the whisky its golden colour, smooth texture and characteristic vanilla and woody aromas. The high-altitude Alpine location and the unique climate around Schliersee play a key role in the slow yet intensive maturation process.
