The Villa Sandi Il Fresco Rosé Brut Rosato, 11.5% ABV, in a 0.75-litre bottle, is an elegant and delicately sparkling Italian rosé spumante that delights with its fresh fruitiness, lively effervescence and harmonious structure. Produced by the renowned Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Italian rosé sparkling wine is made from a cuvée of various white and red grape varieties, the composition of which may vary depending on the vintage. The combination of white base wines and a small proportion of red wine gives this Rosato Brut its delicate balance of freshness, fruit and elegant structure.


The grapes come from wine-growing regions in north-eastern Italy with marl-rich soils of alluvial origin, which are rich in minerals in the subsoil. After the white grapes have been gently pressed, the must is stored under temperature control, whilst the red grapes undergo gentle maceration to extract colour and fine tannins. This is followed by a second fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15–16 °C using selected yeast cultures, which creates the delicate and long-lasting perlage. After at least two months’ ageing on the lees, the Villa Sandi Il Fresco Rosé Brut Rosato is particularly harmonious and elegant. With an alcohol content of 11.5 % vol., this Italian rosé spumante impresses with its fresh style and invigorating lightness.
