Gin Lane 1751 Old Tom Gin is produced using a small-batch process. It utilises classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, oranges, liquorice and other spices. Characteristic of the Old Tom style is a slight sweetness, achieved by the subtle addition of sugar. This rounds off the juniper flavour, making the gin seem softer and rounder overall than a classic London Dry.
