The Pasion Blue Chardonnay started a revolution in the Netherlands in the summer of 2016. It is the result of a special process that sought a fruity and special result, based on the Chardonnay grape variety, which was pressed in the Spanish winery Pasion Blue.

Pasion Blue is not only characterised by its aromatic freshness, but also by its beautiful blue colour. But this blue wine is not just artificially coloured blue, it gets its colour from a complicated process: the natural treatment with anthocyanins, the natural pigments contained in the skin of the grape.

The result in the mouth is a balanced, slightly sweet flavour that makes the wine harmonious. Somehow daring, different and unique.

Pasion Blue is ideal with pasta, rice, fish, salads, seafood, ...

Tasting Note

Ocean blue in the glass. Fresh tropical fruit aromas on the nose. Dry on the palate, aromatic with mangoes, peaches and apples. Long-lasting and fruity on the finish.
