Casamigos Tequila Reposado 100% Agave Azul 40% Vol. 0.7 l is a premium tequila made in Mexico from 100% blue Weber agave. Founded by George Clooney and his partners, Casamigos stands for the highest quality and a smooth, refined flavour composition. This reposado matures for at least seven months in ex-American oak whiskey barrels, giving it a pleasant balance of sweet and spicy flavours. The slow fermentation over 80 hours gives it an exceptional softness and depth that makes it particularly mild. The gentle character and complex flavours make this tequila a delight both on its own and in high-quality cocktails.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm, golden amber.

Nose: Fine vanilla and caramel aromas, combined with notes of toasted wood and a subtle agave sweetness.

Flavour: Soft and full-bodied with nuances of oak, caramel, honey and a light spiciness.

Finish: Langs and smooth with notes of dried fruit and a hint of sweet oak.

This tequila is perfect for pure enjoyment at room temperature or on ice. However, it also unfolds its flavours excellently in classic cocktails such as a Tequila Old Fashioned or a Margarita Reposado. As a food pairing, it harmonises particularly well with grilled meat, spicy Mexican dishes or dark chocolate.
