The name ‘Nouaison’ means ‘birth of the grape’ and refers to the moment when the fertilised blossoms of the Ugni Blanc vine transform into small bunches of grapes. The delicate blossoms appear for just a few days in mid-June and are carefully hand-picked. This floral essence defines the character of the gin and gives it an unmistakable flavour.

Alongside the smooth grape base, a refined selection of botanicals creates the complex flavour profile.
