This process involves the careful selection of specific distillations or batches from the distilleries, meticulous tasting of every single cask, and the bottling only of the highest-quality casks from each batch.

Every bottle of Signatory reflects the individual characteristics of a single cask – from flavour and colour to age profile. The uniqueness of every bottle of Signatory Scotch is guaranteed by precise details such as the date of distillation, the date of bottling, and the cask and bottle numbers, offering connoisseurs traceable quality and authenticity.
