Johnnie Walker GREEN LABEL 15 Years Old is a premium blended malt Scotch whisky, 43 per cent ABV, in a 0.7-litre bottle complete with a gift box. Unlike traditional blended Scotch whiskies, the Green Label is composed exclusively of single malt whiskies and contains no grain whisky. Characterful malts from different parts of Scotland are selected for the blend, and their varied styles are combined to create a balanced overall profile. Every whisky in the blend has been matured for at least 15 years, giving the individual components sufficient time to develop depth and maturity. The result is a complex combination of fruity, malty, spicy and subtly smoky elements.


The Johnnie Walker Green Label 15 Years thus occupies a special place within the Johnnie Walker portfolio. The art of blending here lies primarily in combining 15-year-old malt whiskies from Scotland with varying characteristics in such a way that their individual qualities are preserved whilst simultaneously creating the characteristic Green Label style. Tasting Note

Colour: Rich gold to amber.

Nose: Complex, with notes of freshly ground coffee, wood, dark chocolate, oak and subtle campfire smoke, accompanied by red berries, orange zest and peach.

Palate: Medium-bodied and multi-layered with notes of grain, vanilla, coffee beans, milk chocolate, nuts and dates, as well as hints of red fruits and peaty smoke.

Finish: Long-lasting and spicy with subtle honeyed sweetness, oak and delicate smoky notes.

Johnnie Walker GREEN LABEL 15 Years Old is best enjoyed neat at room temperature, with a few drops of water or over a large ice cube. With savoury dishes, it pairs particularly well with grilled beef, lamb, smoked salmon or mature hard cheese, whose robust flavours complement the spicy and slightly smoky notes. For a sweet accompaniment, we recommend dark chocolate, roasted nuts or desserts featuring coffee and dried fruit. This makes the Green Label ideal as a digestif, for a whisky tasting or for a relaxing evening of indulgence.
