This whisky is blended from carefully selected malt and grain whiskies, which are matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks and shaped by Okinawa’s unique climate. Tasting Note

Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Delicate notes of vanilla and caramel, accompanied by exotic fruits such as pineapple and a hint of coconut.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with notes of honey, ripe apples, toasted oak and a hint of spice.

Finish: Medium-length and elegant with gentle woody notes and a pleasant sweetness.

Helios REKI Whisky is an excellent accompaniment to fine sushi or sashimi dishes, as its light fruitiness and spiciness complement the flavours of the food. Pairing it with roasted nuts or dark chocolate also brings out its complex flavour nuances wonderfully.
